“John Doe” Legal Status and Hazleton Suit
As you probably know, the city of Hazleton, PA lost its attempt to enforce a local ordinance based on illegal immigration. Michelle Malkin breaks it down here (link).
The side that I think is a rotten idea is that several “John Does” participated in the legal action as co-plaintiffs. (link) Why is it controversial for American “John Does” who report suspicious activity, such as the flying imams who were acting suspiciously on the flight to Phoenix, to be protected against retaliation, when the immigration status of those filing suit (do illegal immigrants have legal standing?) as John Does is treated as confidential?

Good point. Judge Munley is another judicial activist, though from his foot-in-the-grave photo, he may pass on to condign punishment for his crimes against the US constitution.
BTW, the website link on your blogroll, independent-conservative, is now defunct. If you want to keep me on your link-sheet, my blog is at http://www.daveinboca.blogspot.com & I blog usually under the name “daveinboca.”
Keep up the good work!
