As I’ve mentioned before, in GIN-short-speak, TEIN is the label meaning “The End Is Neigh” (or TEBN/”The End Be Neigh” for some), which denotes that you can be pretty sure that we’re nearing the end-times if (fill-in-the-blank) happens. With the fast pace of incredibly bad ideas being thrown at us with severe but ignored moral hazards, I’d keep faith.
Of course this needs its trial to run its course, but in Delaware a pediatrician was charged today with raping a two year-old. He was already under investigation by the state for several months before the incident two months ago.
As a sidenote, file this one away for people who say “the police should be the only ones besides criminals who are armed”. Not that it’s necessarily their fault, but whatever created the past suspicion wasn’t enough to keep a two year old from (allegedly) having his or her life changed forever. The police largely can’t prevent crime, they’re there to respond to it.
Back on the freakshow topic, the PBO administration is doing its level best to ensure your kids’ “safety” at school, by appointing a guy who founded a group to promote tolerance of homosexuals, which held state-funded seminars on “fisting” (if you’re at work, set your google browser to “unmoderated” and search images) and also offered as part of its reading list some literature which would be considered pornographic. This among numerous other activities that don’t come anywhere near passing the “red face test” for “safe schools”. Of course, the fossil news isn’t covering this. They refuse to. But why? Mark Foley was newsfodder, no?
If your goal is to create “safe” schools, let’s focus on making sure 12 year olds aren’t getting raped in stairwells and less on lubing up their fists. On the other hand, teaching kids what to expect with “fisting” (why are we talking about this again?) might be good preparation for the shafting kids today are going to get if the leftists’ aren’t stopped.
In Massachusetts (link), a boy was removed from class and sent for a psychological evaluation by his public school for drawing Jesus Christ on a cross. (He was deemed not to be at risk of committing violence and returned to class. Whew!)
There is evil in this world, and if you’re not working for good, you’re working for evil.
