This week when I bought something similar to this
I found myself in a pickle- I didn’t have the required second form of identification to make the purchase (driving a company vehicle, so I couldn’t use my vehicle registration). I had my drivers’ license, but not a second form. Then I dug around and found that a recent cleaning of my work vehicle reduced the clutter, and removed evidently all mail/bills to my home address. I’ve gotten a lot better about shredding things, and it bit me.
Anyway, I was about to give up- all I could find was the “Cheaper Than Dirt” catalogs which are sent to my house twice a week to annoy my wife, and then I saw a folded letter under the seat. Ahhh, probably something from work. I opened it anyway, and saw the letterhead, and my home address (which has been altered obviously), and thought “what could be a more official piece of mail than this!”
And I won’t be supporting Rep. Mike Castle’s run for US Senate, and will be talking it down to everyone I can. If the AWB sponsorship wasn’t bad enough, the guy voted for cap-and-trade. If you’re only 50% communist, that’s still 50% too much for a promotion.
